Michele is a natural Life Coach with amazing wisdom and a social sense that can only be described as a given talent, the way Beethoven could write music from a combination of learned skills enhanced by his own natural ability. She is able to connect with me and my goals, help me see the big picture, then walk me through positive steps of change to reach my professional and personal goals. I was in a job situation where I was lost, defeated, abused, frightened, suffering post traumatic stress, stuck in a political situation crafted to take every good thing I achieved and convert it to a liability. She helped me first to realize the climate I was in, why it was destructive, then motivated me to have the courage to go from being a talented player on a bad team to being a talented player on a winning team. I am so grateful to her. I give her 5 stars for possessing the qualities of an excellent coach. Qualities she possesses: Compassionate: she let me know she really cared about the situation I was being tormented by. She excels at creative problem solving, energizing, encouraging, clarifying, and patient listening. As I processed problems, she helped to guide me towards effective positive changes. Sometimes I had to discuss a topic many times before I could finally let it go and move on. She would rejoice with me in small victories. Eventually those small victories became a huge wins for me and my career. Good listener: she gave me time to express my hopes and dreams, took my ideas and we turned them into practical goals, made targets to aim for without being too overwhelmed, developed realistic workloads. Through good listening, she outlined my points, drew up a helpful diagram to help me understand the toxic environment I was trying to work under, and we came up with strategies for changing it. It was definitely a two way street where we exchanged our thoughts and ideas of each situation and their solutions. Nonjudgemental: Michele communicates definite positive regard, caring, and respect. Discrete: I am sure all is confidential and I know she can be trusted. Michele is self aware, with incredibly high personal standards and ambitions: She is continually self improving, going to seminars bringing new ideas to the table. It seems like she really enjoys what she is doing as a coach. She has been in upper level management before being a life coach, and is able to share her experiences in a humble, open, nurturing way. She is a good example for me. I can observe her through her life experiences and learn from her, as she really walks the talk, is authentic in every way. Perceptive, intuitive, Michele can see through situations to the big picture: She could mirror things that I could not see since I was in the picture. She can pick up on nuances through her understanding of different personalities, and can match up strategies to handle them in different ways. We did this often. It helped me to understand and forgive those who had been unkind, to not take their problems personally. It was like she took me from an office with no windows to the mountains with a view. At present Michele is my ongoing mentor and coach. We are working on goals to further advance my personal life and my career. I feel so much gratitude to Michele. She knows how to quickly and effectively put together a whole life picture, plan an itinerary to reach a personal destination, sum up a road block or sticky situation and solve it, and make positive changes with her charges. Plus shes awesome as a person. She knows how to help her clients get to where they want to go in life!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fee is $85 per hour. Coaching usually requires several sessions so I offer packages to fit your needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Life coaching is a personal service. For it to be effective there should be a trust. I offer a one hour complimentary session to determine if we are a good fit for each other.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified life coach and have been assisting people in attaining their goals for years.
