- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We pride ourselves on pricing your job specific to your needs and your job's parameters. This offers you the best opportunity for high quality and economy as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We contact our customers right away by phone, and meet them in person at their home or project location. We discuss their desired project or challenge; carefully examine the project or site or repair needed, take notes and photographs if needed, and then prepare an estimate in writing, and a proposal. We bring in our experts as needed to be certain we provide the best level of service and capability. We then coordinate beginning the project with the Owner, and keep them involved throughout the entire process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a combined 30+ years of experience in real estate services. 1500+ rehabs performed; each of us licensed as Realtors in Ohio; 20 years as property managers and private lenders, 15+ years as one of Cleveland's leading Real Estate Radio Talk Show hosts; Licensed Bonded and Insured General Contractors for 25+ years, and more.
