Fernando quoted a reasonable price of $40 per hour for power washing. He left a man on scene while he went to Home Depot to rent a power washer. An hour later, with no sign of Fernando, I told the worker to use my power washer. The first paid hour was a waste. the next 3 hours, the unsupervised worker power washed every area EXCEPT those I originally requested. I texted Fernando with my concerns. Fernando eventually returned and got the job done. I paid 8 hours for a 4 hour job. My advice; get a price for the job, not an hourly rate.
