I can't say enough nice things about New Beginnings. I feel so lucky that they were recommended to me. Their team is extremely professional and their work is exceptional. They performed a kitchen remodel for us- which included a LOT of things, mainly repairing some major long term water damage- ripping out the floors all the way to the joists, moving walls to reconfigure the space, tile and masonry work, relocating and upgrading electrical as well as water and gas lines, claiming part of the garage as interior space, and installing a new half bathroom and a second stair case in that space. As you can imagine, this was a long term project and I can tell you that I actually ENJOYED having the men in my home. Since I work from home and have 3 young children, this was extremely important. Every night, the team cleaned up so there was not a mess for us to walk through. They contained the "chaos" and set up plastic barriers so that the mess that was generated (but cleaned up!) during the day didn't filter through the rest of the house. I appreciated the professional way that Toby kept track of change requests and had me sign off on the new pricing. This way neither of us was surprised by anything- specifically, I wasn't surprised by a huge unexpected cost at the end of the project. The mentality of the team was "perfectionism." If they didn't like the way they did something, they fixed it. By the time they were finished and coming to see if I had any issues, there was nothing to be changed! Anyway, this is a long review, and I don't usually write this much, but I feel that these guys really need to be recognized for how wonderful they are. DEFINITELY consider for your next project!

New Beginnings has performed regular maintenance for my office's ~100 commercial and residential properties for years. We use them for problems as small as replacing doorknobs and fixing water leaks, to massive overhauls of structural systems and complete property renovations. All of their work is very professional and timely, and my customers appreciate the attentiveness of the technicians. Their rapid response time is one of the key qualities that separates New Beginnings from other companies I have used.

New Beginnings Construction replaced my roof a couple years ago and it's been great! They came on time, got it done as promised and it looks great. I trusted them.

FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

Residential roofs, and exteriors, and interior renovations and repairs. Commercial up-fits and repairs.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Check their references, make sure they are licensed and insured, and make sure there is an easy line of communication, and sense of trust.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Contractors are like many other professions, we're in the business of building relationships. There are some bad apples out there, but a lot of us are in the business to serve others, and provide for our families.
