first contractor left never came back, optimized replaced 1x4x8 trim boards and painted. they did an outstanding job, were very pleasant, and very reasonably priced.

Optimized Painting scraped the popcorn, retextured, and painted all my ceilings for a very reasonable price. They were all very nice and completed the job on time. Best of all, everything looked great! Would definitely use them again!

We had a bathroom that had wallpaper on it textured over it several years back because the painters all said the wallpaper would rip the sheet rock. I went with someone and they did a horrible job. The texture came out blobby. I really didn't notice how bad it was until I painted the walls. It has been about 9 yrs. Optimized Painting came out and sanded that down, floated the walls, re textured, and painted. It looks beautiful. Wish it had been done like this the first time. We are going to be getting our whole house repainted on the inside and will have Optimized Painting come back out and do that.

Great service and work. We ended up getting our ceilings scrapped and retextured and painted the whole house. Due to our timeline we needed it done quickly. No complaints.

The painting job was a fair value for the money. When the boss is not present, the painters don't mask off as much as their website would lead one to believe. There were drips on my floors, walls, cabinets, and counter tops (thankfully none on my furniture or carpet). Most were pointed out (by myself or their boss) and cleaned up before I paid, but I still found several after they left.
