He had only 1 review at the time, so I was a little weary, but I went with him anyways. There were others other with a whole lot more reviews. Joe was on it. Completely understanding of my situation (I had to work and needed him to fix my Surface Pro while via remote access while I was working). He hooked it up. Not only did he give me an extremely reasonable quote, I think he spent longer on my computer than planned. 3 hours later, he called me and told me everything was good to go - my Surface Pro was up and running and faster than ever. He went beyond the call and suggested some freeware anti-virus software to maintain my computer's health. On top of his impeccable service, like I said, his price was completely reasonable (dare I say "cheap"). The deal was so good I felt guilty and had to pay him more. Don't let the number of reviews fool you. This guy is awesome and was easy to work with. God forbid I have any more computer problems, but if I do, there is only one guy for the job.
