- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Like most everyone else we do have a minimum charge but we do work with people who have all types of budgets and try our best to accommodate them all.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we have a new customer we do work closely with them to ensure we are on the same page as they are when it comes to the needs of their specific job. Some jobs do have steps that need to be taken early on to ensure a quality outcome. We feel missing those steps, or not educating the customers on them causes confusion; most especially when it comes to pricing or price comparison shopping.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
While there is very little formal education for the projects we undertake I am fond of saying we have a Masters from the School of Hard Knocks and a Doctorate from the University of Trial and Error in the areas we tackle.
