- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most jobs are a set price. Little easier than keeping track of hours.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every client and situation is different. I take each one as it comes. I will typically ask for half up front. Once complete then the other half. If it takes less time then i pass the savings down.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Been a paralegal for 15 plus years with most of it in the criminal field. If i can help make something right because the law is not working. As long as the big picture is focused on good positive things i can work my magic.
