750 sq. ft. initial cleaning is $60. 1000sq. ft. initial cleaning is $75. 1500 sq. ft initial cleaning is $100. 2000 sq. ft. initial cleaning is $135 2500 sq, ft. initial cleaning is $160. 3000 sq. ft initial cleaning is $185 3500 sq. ft. initial cleaning is $215. 4000 sq. ft. initial cleaning is $250 4500 sq. ft initial cleaning is $275. 5000 sq. ft. initial cleaning is $300. Once we come and clean the first time to return every week or two weeks for maintenance cleanup is 20% cheaper with a good faith agreement.
