I cannot think of any person I would trust more than Heather to take care of my beloved old cats. It takes a special type of person to be able to set my mind at ease when I have to be a away and entrusting the special care of my two senior kitties to another person, and Heather not only understands the anxiety a pet owner and pets face when separated, she is incredibly reassuring, gentle, detail-oriented, trustworthy, reliable, and flexible. Because she is sensitive and intuitive, she's proactive when unexpected big or small issues arise. She'll send a text or email or call just to let you know everything is fine, which means you can breathe easy knowing your pets are in great hands and cared for lovingly. If a health/behavior issue arises, she knows not to panic, and just what needs to be done or where to go in an emergency. And she spends quality time playing, feeding, cleaning food dishes, checking the cat box. I love Heather, and so will you and your furry babies. I've relied on her for several years, and she is the BEST. My cats agree.

Heather is one of the most amazing and responsible animal lovers I have ever encountered. She puts all furry friends before herself, and would do anything to make sure they are well-tended to, happy, and taken care of above and beyond. She has dogsat for my 5-pound toy poodle on and off for about 10 years now, and I wouldn't trust anyone else. I do believe he now loves her more than me! I would not hesitate for a second to hire Heather. She is timely, intelligent, personable, caring, and a general pleasure to work with. She will also provide frequent (and hilarious) updates for you if desired. Love her!

We are extremely happy with Heather and the wonderful way she is with our furry children. She handles our menagerie including a Great Dane & a Doberman, with a dozen cats thrown in for good measure. We aren't very comfortable leaving our babies with strangers, they are a huge undertaking for anyone, but Heather managed them with ease. Kudos.
