When Robert arrived my ice maker was working properly again and wasn't frozen up. He checked it but didn't put the part in but advised if I had any additional problems with it to call him and he would come back and put the part in he had ordered. While he was here he looked at my floor ice maker which had some issues. He got it to work and advised I needed to change the filter. I didn't know it even had a filter. He went down to Home Depot, purchased it and put it in. Since then have not had any issues at all. Really appreciate him going beyond the call of duty to help me out with this problem. Would definitely use him again with any issues that may arise in the future.

Robert was timely in his response and punctual to arrive as arranged. He not only repaired our dryer but left the laundry area cleaner than when he arrived. I would recommend giving Robert a call if you need repairs. His price was reasonable and communicating our needs with him was easy.

Upon a detailed inspection Robert found several additional issues with my dryer and let me know several options for my consideration. He helped me save extra costs with his good suggestions and I decided a new machine was a smarter option.

We thought our fan needed replacing but upon inspection Robert was able to tighten a few things which seemed to take care of the noise. We then to replace the grill as the original had yellowed. It had to be ordered and Robert handled that.

Robert appeared knowledgeable about maintaining the pool and it's equipment. He came out to do a quote and ended up servicing my pool on the spot. I liked how he talked me through what he was doing, especially for a new pool owner like me. His prices are also a very competitive with other pool cleaners I made contact with.
