Price is very good. Can't recommend for real estate appraisal though if you need an accurate reflection of true market value.

This homeowner requested an exterior appraisal only, therefore we must assume average condition and cannot give value to interior remodeling. Therefore, values typically are lower on an exterior appraisal of a remodeled property.
