Flat rate pricing with no hidden charges. We are licensed by the State and US to move your household goods. We provide the moving truck(s) no need to rent one. We are covered under the state and federal insurance requirements. Commercial truck insurance, General Liability, cargo, Workman's Compensation and Disability. Our employees are hand picked, trained, drug screened, back ground checked, and been with us for 11 years plus. I have been in business for 19 years.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Reliable Movers moved my 4 bedroom home from Tully NY to Florida. The price was under what I was quoted by 3 other movers. They guaranteed the truck would arrive, and OH BOY they arrived 9am sharp and ready to go. First off, their crew who loaded us was wonderful. Everyone knows their assignment. Friendly, outgoing, professional, great sense of humor, positive, and determined. Six guys had us loaded in under 7 hours. If you book your move, ask for Kevin to be on your job. He is the crew leader and is the ace for a royal flush.Mike and Jennifer met us in St. Petersburg Florida with a different crew and got right to work despite being 87 degrees, muggy at 8am.My thinking does go back a few generations but my neighbor also confirmed my exact thoughts who watched the entire process from her window. I have NEVER seen a 100lb woman move a whole tractor trailer of furniture almost unassisted. Jennifer moved everything in the tractor trailer to the end of the truck while the guys carried everything inside, unwrapped it, and set it up. Mike and his crew were flawless, placing furniture and boxes exactly where I wanted them. No damages, no stress, just pure muscle and experience with the entire group.We were fully moved in and set up by 1:00pm.Reliable Movers surpassed my exceptions. Their business is unparalleled to any other mover I have encountered.

From the time I called to inquire until the moving van left our new home Jen, Mike and crew were efficient fast pace workers. Respectful to my husband and I as well as our possessions. Courteous and patient with me in particular when it came to arranging furniture,. I would rate them 6 stars across the board,if I could.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Reliable Movers offers flat rate all inclusive pricing. Truck, labor, fuel, break down and set up of your furniture, padding/shrink wrapping, and insurance is included. Please note it is ILLEGAL for any mover to offer a senior citizen or military discount or coupon as listed in NYSDOT Household Good Mover Authority Law. It is also illegal to list any household good moving business as "fully insured".
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Reliable Movers is owner operated since 1996. We are licensed by NYS for household goods moves, and licensed by USDOT FOR long distance out of state moves. Our men are drug screened, back ground checked. Most of our employees have been with Reliable Movers 10 years +.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Mike the owner of Reliable Movers worked for a licensed movers for three years before branching out on his own starting with a delivery service, then pursing the household goods moving authority license.
