- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically $19/visit for the first 2 pets then $4 for each additional pet. Aquarium pets like fish are no charge, and reptiles, and little cute furballs such as Guinea Pigs are no additional charge for simple feedings but cage cleaning etc may require a $4 fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a free in home consultation so the pet family can interview me in person.
