So happy! Dont miss doing business with this company. A total pro, Chuck Dorgan is as honest and trustworthy as they come and has the knowledge and skills in sliding door installation. He and his crew removed my old sliding door and installed a new Pella sliding door within a matter of hours last Saturday, the next day Mr. Dorgan completed the job with a beautiful wood frame around my new sliding door on the inside of my house and adjusted the sliding door and screen so they slide beautifully!! And I might add, he left the work area clean and spotless once he was done. On the outside, his crew did a great job on patching the stucco around the new door. I highly recommend this company for your windows and door replacements. Chuck Dorgan cares about customers, and will recommend the best solution for a fair price without sacrificing quality! I first met Tony Dorgan last summer when he came to price out replacement windows for me. He was extremely knowledgeable about both the product and the process. I also appreciated his efforts in getting my windows installed in my timeframe. I was even more impressed by the companys after installation customer support. Almost a year after the install, one of my sliding doors was not locking. I called and someone came right away. As it turns out, the door was fine; I was just not shutting it all the way. This summer I decided to replace two bathroom windows that I had not done the first go around. Even though it was a small job, I still got the same support and attention I had enjoyed on my earlier big job. I was called when the window order was placed with the manufacturer to give me a timeframe; I was called when the job was ready to be scheduled; I was called two days ahead of the install to confirm the date; and I was called the morning of the install to let me know the approximate arrival time. Working with Dorgans Remodeling has been a pleasure, and I would recommend their services to anyone seeking a reliable contractor, who puts customer concerns first and foremost.

I had my windows, and roof done. I am now getting solar through them also. Their work is great. The main reason I really like them is because they are always keeping me in the loop of whats going on with my house projects. I enjoy talking to Camille and Susanne, they are always so helpful.

Chuck Dorgan transformed a bedroom in our home into a beautiful bathroom. He built a glass block shower with a mud set tile floor, and installed a beautiful whirlpool tub with a tile surround. He also installed a new toilet and sink, including new plumbing., and built a closet into the wall This new bathroom completely transformed our home, and we would highly recommend Chuck for any remodeling needs!

We are a veteran owned family business. We love our country. We believe all Military and First Responders give their all to our country. In honor of them, we would like to offer 15% off any project to Military and First Responder homeowners. This is our way of giving back to you!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process for a new customer starts with a phone call within 3 days notifying them when their site evaluation will be. That is when we will give the a brief timeline of everything and answers any questions they have.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Charles Dorgan, the owner of the company has been in business for 28 years in Illinois. Recently, he relocated to California and is now starting his new venture here. Same great service and quality work. California licensed and bonded.
