What started as a re-roofing job turned into a remodel! Work is still in progress, but a few weeks in they are ahead of schedule. Ridgeline took down our tiny, falling down front "porch" and put up a new one that is big enough to have a party on. Also in the works are bathroom updates with all new floors, fixtures and tile. Framing crew were excellent, you could tell from the way they worked that they took pride in their work. And cleaning up after themselves every day.

There was a lot of moving parts in this review and all I can say is that make sure everyone involved is on the same page. We were scheduled for a contractor to start on a Monday. Beforehand, we discussed that we were paying by credit card and that they would begin Monday morning so I scheduled my work schedule around them being here. Monday morning comes and nothing. To be fair, it was raining off and on but no one calls to inform me that (1) they weren't coming (2) their credit card machine was down. I call David and ask him what the plan was and he informs me that they will come Tuesday morning after his credit card machine works (hopefully). Tuesday morning comes, another day to rearrange work, and no one comes. I call mid morning and David says cc machine is still down, and they will show Wednesday morning. My husband calls and David says they will come Thursday because they have too many jobs and can get to us then. Really?! Small job or not, this should have been scheduled as promised.
Ridgeline General Contractors's reply
David came into the office on sunday to get your cc info, Its unfortunate the storm on monday knocked our internet out and did not get back online until tuesday evening. The rain monday and tuesday set our jobs back so we needed to reschedule for thursday. I'm so sorry that wouldnt work for yall, your husband said he would allow us to come on thursday but demanded that we do the job for 20% less im truly sorry but on an 800.00 job that would have been all our profit. We never schedule work without a signed contract in which we never received. We at ridgeline bless and wish yall the best, Lance Moore {owner}
