Introduction: Currently in our 14th year of business, we provide food for special events and other functions. Our menu items range from pork and beef BBQ to gyros and pan-fried walleye. We have the ability to modify our menu to meet your specific needs. Some of our most memorable events include providing food service for federal security forces during the 2008 Republican convention, the Bob Dylan-Grateful Dead concert at the Apple River, Blaine Discover Aviation Days, Wings of the North Air Expo, and three special events each year at Ahlman's Gun Shop in Morristown, MN.
