Rochester Patio and Landscape put a walkway from my deck to my yard. The estimate was extremely reasonable. The work was scheduled and finished in a timely manner. My walkway looks great it's exactly what I wanted. Everyone that comes over comments on it. Thank you Rochester Patio!

My initial experience was pleasant. The contractor was eager to assist and offered observations relative to the job required. After the work was completed, I noted a few errors and brought this to his attention. He responded via text and indicated he would address my concern. I sent a follow-up text with a second concern almost 5 days ago and have yet to receive a response. Good Customer Service should last from the beginning of the job throughout and after completed. This guarantees repeat business.

The project at hand was all for the front and back concrete of our house. He was very responsive coming out and checking out what had to be done. The quote was reasonable, and he even worked with us on payments. We were moving forward and then the day before the project would have started, tried to raise the price up. He stated to me unexpected costs. You get a quote from a professional, they should stick to that. I know things come up, but it makes it bad for business quoting one thing and then trying to hike it up. I went with someone else that will stick to there initial quote!

I have given Jason a quote/estimate for concrete work at his house. After meeting Jason’s financing needs and budget,we proceeded to schedule his job. While confirming all steps of the job we had discovered that we would not be able to dispose of the concrete unless it was brought to a dump which charges a fee. I informed Jason that we would have to just account for those fees in the final bill.
Before Jason or Rochester patio and landscape have made a binding contract we informed him of this situation
