- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Everything is based off of the product we use, and the size of the roof. We always recommend to our customers that we first come out to their home and do a free inspection. From there it's so much easier to to a roof estimate. We clearly explain each part of the estimate and answer any questions the customer has. We want to make sure the customer clearly knows what each part of the estimate is for so they are confident when choosing us to install, repair, or replace their roof. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I talk on the phone with the customer about what issues they are having. Then we come out to do a free roof inspection to access any damage and give our report and findings. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
On a weekly basis we are in touch with top product manufactures. They are the ones that typically inform us of what's going on in the industry and any new products coming out. We in turn test them for ourselves and gauge to see if this is viable solution long term for our customers. We fervently test all products before we even dare recommend it to our customers. We're not going to just slap a roof on someone's home, I personally make sure each and every roof we work on has the highest quality products as I know that we're protecting a family from storm or hail damage or whatever may come their way.
