Person told me they would come Monday and never showed up. Sent me message that day that my place was too far. Should have checked it when you agreed to come, or called to tell me so instead of email. I don't check my Email all day.

I tried to call the customer on several occasion with no response. I sent an email asking the customer to call. Again no response. The customer was 31 miles away outside of my service area.
