- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
SJWE's services are organized into 4 packages and each have a price associated. We then offer a list of a la carte services which can be added on to those packages, depending on the clients needs. An informational packet is given to the clients after our initial (complimentary) consultation, where these packages are presented in detail.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
SJWeddings & Events likes to meet with new clients and learn about them and the type of event they're looking to plan. We will hear their ideas, as well as come up with our own unique ideas after learning about them through their personalities. We design each event specifically to our clients and their needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Owner of SJWeddings & Events Sarah Wyman has a BS in Event Management and in addition is a Certified Wedding Planner through an internationally recognized organization within the wedding industry, The Bridal Society.
