- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Just an agreement of hourly rate per agent (how many needed)-- incurred expenses- travel(Gas-Vehicles "if certain type needed"-lodging if needed- food expenses-meals etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially a Phone Interview/Assessment of services/needs of the Client,based on that, what assets we can provide(number of Security/Protection Personnel required) Location or Locations -- length services are needed -- whether depending on client needs Male or Female Agents or combination of same
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Regular Training Sessions at Target Range to Stay Proficient with our Handguns,all of my agents including myself,train and go though Protection Scenarios, who is to do what if this or that happens--- in Florida a Security/Protection Officer has to obtain a Shooting score of at least a 70%- I require all my people to have a 90% or better on a ongoing basis, I requaled (State Requirement) this past March, and I most times,as well as most of my people shoot high 90's to 100% - I most times score 100%,but have to admit, I was not feeling well that day,and though not an excuse,but rather maybe a reason, I qualified with a score of 97&98% respectfully with the 9 mm and .45 Autos, all personnel carry at least a 9 mm and or a .40 or a .45 auto -- All name brands (Glock-Smith& Wesson-Taurus) and Always use/carry Top Shelf Premium Defensive Hollow Point Ammo.
