- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We an initial discovery meetings, to get to know the company and their needs. We then move into the proposal phase, in which we answer any questions about what we are providing and establish a timeline for the project tasks. Once complete, we will have a meeting to discuss how to implement and make any changes that the client requires. We have a formal process, but each client is different, the process can change to meet the customers needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Creative Director has a BA in Graphic Design and Marketing. Our Director of Digital has a BS Degree in Computer Science and has a Master's in Business Administration (MBA). Most of our employees have at least a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or Videography. We also hold several certifications from IMA, Google Partner, and Hubspot. We are a Hubspot Partner.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Dustin Storm is, one of the co-founders, started as a traditional marketing firm, providing commercial video and photography, media placement, and graphic design. His partner, Matthew Stanley, was a videographer for many TV stations. They came together and purchased the marketing firm Four States Advertising to create a powerhouse marketing agency, Storm Stanley.
