- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$50 per hour, minimum of one half hour for a repair. For simple hardware repairs, such as a memory upgrade, I charge customers a small flat rate ($25).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a free diagnostic. After that, I recommend several repair options, and quote the customer a price for each choice.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over ten years of personal experience upgrading and repairing desktop and laptop computers. My expertise is hardware upgrades, but I am also well-practiced in operating system installs, virus removal, and networking.
