The food connection dietitian I was schedule with was so helpful. i have been struggling with my weight for some time. There is so much basic information that I didn't know that really helped. No fad diets. I also never knew there was a difference between a registered dietitian and a nutritionist. Now I know that I would only ever want a dietitian. Anyone can be a nutritionist but you have to go to school and have a license to be a dietitian.Aug 16, 2015
