- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I research to determine pricing based on current rates. Whether an hourly rate or a standard flat rate is used is determined by the job. I factor in expenses for parts(if parts are needed) and gas mileage. I do my best to make sure my prices are fair and competitive.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I work with a new customer, I get all the basic information, details about the job, pricing/estimates, and what is expected from the customer for a successful experience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated Magna Cum Laude from Computer Learning Center. I have certifications with Dell, Lenovo and passed the 220-801 A+ exam. I have worked everywhere from the Help Desk supporting software to the Field supporting hardware and have over 10+ years of experience working with Hardware/Software.
