Miguel was punctual and ready to start the job immediately. He came out early in the morning to evaluate the job before I left for work. He has a good personality and was easy to work with. The job was installation of an exterior door. After the job was completed, we noticed several issues. The first, and most surprising issue, was that the door was installed upside down. The second issue was the large gaps in between the door and existing frame despite having weather stripping in place due to Miguel not properly assessing what type of door would be the best fit for the job prior to purchasing. The third issue was that the dead bolt lock wasn't installed properly so that it would actually lock. The fourth issue was that the Kwikset door lock was installed upside down. Miguel came back two days later and turned the door right side up and drilled additional holes in the frame to match up with the locks. He put additional weatherstripping around the door and corrected the deadbolt lock. I corrected the problem with the Kwikset lock position.
