This company came promptly, but I had to follow up with him for trhe report. The report was not even close to being accurate. I got worried when he was using his phone to use a a flash light. I had another report done by another company (the same lab in Ft Lauderdale was used by the 2nd company for the 2nd report) and they were not even close in accuracy. My first report came back to me with the wrong address so I assume the test was botched. I am not paying the fee for something what was not correct. Be careful. UPDATE His reply to my review was this. "You a liar and thief you just didn't want to pay for the inspection you ar a cheap person you know from the beginning you will not pay for this job and i know it to that why i did not respond to your texts you jest was waiting to get the report for FREE that's why you live where you live and we both know it." Ok...first....I did not say one word that was inaccurate in my review. My review stands as it is. Second, he claims this is not why he replied. Really? I had to chase YOU to do what you said you would do. I guess you have to blame someone. The report was WRONG. All that was needed was a clean up of the mold and another company felt so bad about YOUR report, they did it for FREE! I hope other people reading this will now understand!
