- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every videography and photography services we offer has different price. It’s just depends on the customer requirements. Our price quotes are all inclusive and there is never an extra cost for travel, set-up or even overtime! When you book us, we are yours for that day.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love to meet our new customers before the project, if possible we want to meet you face-to-face or via Video Chatting technology (Skype, Facebook, Face-time,) before you hire us. We want you to be completely comfortable with us. After you hire us we will send you our complete planning form. We also make ourselves accessible to you by text, email or, social media to help with the planning. We require this to happen 2 weeks before your project day, we will carefully review all the details and make certain that we have everything just as you want it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Absolutely! This line of work demands continuous learning. From new camera equipment and editing software to following the trends that people want and staying on top of the digital world - there is always change and a learning curve, and we always attending training seminars and taking online media related courses.
