We have a minimum house call rate of $145.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are constantly taking on new customers. We like to keep things as simple as is possible with our approach to keeping customers satisfied. Our structure is simple, find out what exactly is either the ongoing problem needing repair. Or getting a clear picture as to the vision of the customer when making more significant changes to the interior of their home. From there it is routine to complete our processes. The hard part can be trouble shooting certain issues within the home. Regardless, the most important thing we can do for each other is to come to an understanding and agreement on the all important question of "How much?" and then "How long to finish?". With these essential questions answered for both of us, the remainder of our relationship is dramatically simplified.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of us, our repairmen have been in the industry for anywhere from fifteen years minimum and as many as thirty-five years in some cases.
