Wades partner Frankie Abernathy is a true professional that takes pride in his work and it shows. James Wade is totally the opposite, and has no business handling customer service. Wade removed and reinstalled sheetrock at one of my rentals, and painted my wall, but left spots in certain areas that any painter should have recognized. He left sheetrock residue all in my yard and driveway and did a half-ass job trying to clean it up, and never completely removed the mess he left. After he drove off, I called him back to address these issues, and his first response was that the walls had dust on them without even knowing what he was talking about; he started yelling over the phone like an obnoxious Moran and told me not to ever call him again. He did eventually come back to realize how wrong he was, and even apologized; but the damage was done. I was going to give him even bigger commercial jobs, but that's not even remotely possible. I WILL NEVER USE HIM AGAIN. RECOMMEND THUMBTACK TAKE A CRITICAL REVISIT INTO HIS QUALIFICATIONS.
