- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have set rates for each service. Most are based on the length of the service and the type of massage. I also offer wellness packages. Full rate list is on the website listed on Thumbtack.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During the first visit, I will review your massage therapy needs/goals for that session. You will be required to fill out a health history intake form and a copy of the cancelation policy. After reviewing the information, we would proceed with the massage protocol.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education was a 960 hour training program. Since then I do continuing education at least every two years to keep up on services in the massage industry. I am also CPR certified.
