Introduction: I teach classical Ashtanga combined with Vinyasa, including pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation, and a 1.5-2 hour flow course.
Yogic traditions such as Drishti and Bandha will be introduced as well as guided meditation. Classes can be adjusted for time constraints, and other series (yin yoga, Bikram sequence) can be taught as well. Physical adjustments are made both vocally and manually if given permission, as well as an interpretation/introduction to the doshas if the client is interested.
