FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard pricing in the automotive world is to get more money out of a customer than the shop will possibly need then work slow and make more problems for the customer to pay for as you go. I work person to person we are all human and none of us are the same the standard pricing for me to fix lambo brakes is not going to be the same price for a ford focus owned by a single parent. we all have hard times i'm not on here to make millions i'm here to keep cars on the road and people from dealing with shops.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The work i perform mostly is on a basis of mass troubleshooting so in that there is a lot of face to face personal contact before the work is started and since most of the time i travel to them they are in full control no fishy business going on.
