I'm James Warren. I'm a Handyman General Contractor locally in Anchorage, Alaska. This is my a quick intro on what I can provide & who I am past & present.
I was a U.L.Listed commecial sign installer & manfacture sign in California for 25yrs. Own large crane & aerial bucket trucks, When I moved to Alaska I was hire to install all the Wells Fargo signage in Alaska cities, towns, villages Barrow to Sitka To Kodiak etc... So I'm not just your ordinary handyman from electrical plumbing remodels appliances flooring painting high ceiling fans fences tile roof deicer cable etc,,. Over the years, I have learned many types of skills. This website provides the customer a chance to write a review, rate the Pro they hired & post a blog report for the world to read & help you with the decision making of should I hire this Pro or that Pro. it's as if you get to go shopping for the contractor that best fits your you & your job projects.

As a General handyman installing or repairing , exterior/interior walls, repair plumbing, installing-servicing of wiring/plugs/lighting/appliances/garage doors/TV mounting, repairing Sheetrock/Painting/Texturing, kitchen & bathroom remodels is all within my capabilities. As for large projects that need new installation adding to original permit plan. I can create plans & drawings get engineering stamps to pull permits with the planning & building dept to add sq footage or change layout to existing permitted structure if job is requested. All my repairs & installations are always done by building code requirements. I also carry a contractors insurance state bond & commercial & residential liability insurance, with Alaska Insurance Group.
If the job requested is outside the normal house related repair or replace. I do not take projects that I'm not able to complete. Some projects are not what I do every day. If that is the case, I may need to do some research to
give the best quote or time to complete it correctly & to code.
