I was happy they were able to come after 5pm and were inexpensive, but the entire experience has been less than desiring. First off, the initial phone call was unprofessional as my number was mistaken for a previous employee. That should have been my first sign. Upon arrival at my home, their appearance was not that of a professional business, but I chalked it up to a full day's work and I am the last work order of the day. They were not organized to work as one of the repairman had to keep going back and forth to their vehicle for tools. Very unsettling. Strangers in my home...yes I was armed! After troubleshooting they determined it was the power modulator and would order the part. I was supposed to get a call back the next day if it was going to be local or have to order out of state. No call. When I texted Anthony about my part 3-4 days later, he stated the secretary should have informed me that it had to be ordered. Another three days and he is in Kodiak but will know something tomorrow! No call back. Four days later, I asked if he would be able to repair it or can I just get my part back so I can find another option. It has been three weeks and no response! I cannot recommend this company for any service and would warn you to hire with caution.
