Jamie was AMAZING. Super easy to work with, and very accommodating. We were moving and she did a deep clean on everything--it was thorough, looked great and smelled clean, too. Loved the deep clean without all the toxic chemicals (bonus!). The oven was particularly of note with how clean she got it--we wished we called her sooner to clean it before a move so we could enjoy it ourselves! Highly recommend. :-)

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on a minimum. Hourly wage after plus fees for extras. Due to the fact every home has a different level of dirt it’s better to go by an estimate of time based on in-person preview rather than price per square foot. If the house is far away fees can be based on a face-time call with an adjustable base.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet in person, become acquainted with them and their needs, evaluate and then make a plan, share that with the client and get client approval and execute that plan. I always overdeliver. Let them be surprised with the quality-of the work.
