- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Needs Discovery - Finding out what your needs are, what actions you want visitors to take when they land on your website such as filling out a contact form, buying products from your eCommerce store, booking a table at your restaurant or any other lead or sale based action. I also find out your current problems, and provide efficient ways I can solve those problems. 2. Information Architecture- Based on the goals previously discussed in your needs analysis, we develop the information architecture of your site including pages, content, and overall structure of your website so you get an idea of what to expect for your website design and layout, and how visitors will interact with your site. 3. Scope of Work/ Quoting- I create a detailed scope of work, proposal & quote you a price & turnaround time on the total development of your project from start to finish. 4. Begin Work - Once you are satisfied with the scope of work, contract, quote on price and turnaround, and have paid the initial deposit, we begin building or redesigning your website to the specs outlined in the scope of work. 5. Client Review/ Project Launch- Once you review the completed website and are satisfied with the finished product, we will launch your site and make it live.
