No vomit, litter boxes, diapers, etc Helping Hand Housekeeping – Price List First-Time Cleaning: $200 (flat rate) Recurring Cleaning: • Weekly: $120 • Every 2 weeks: $150 • Monthly: $180 Organizing: • $50/hour (3-hour minimum) Add-Ons: • Inside oven: $25 (light) • Refrigerator: $25 light • Bed making / linen change: $10 per bed Laundry (take home): • $20 per load: wash, dry, fold • Max 2 loads (client provides detergent) Interior Window Cleaning: • Scheduled separately • $8 small / $10 medium / $15+ large • $75 minimum Seasonal Pressure Washing: • Starting at $75 (summer only)

Make sure this person knows if a house or apartment is clean, clean it again! That's what you are there for. I feel like a piss poor cleaning job was done to my apartment. I Will not be recommend or use her service again.

This was a move-in clean so it was already pretty clean when I arrived. I always thoroughly clean everything regardless of how clean it looks to me. I spent close to three hours detailing everything; however I did make one mistake. Before leaving I did a walk-thru with her to make sure she was satisfied. A few hours later she contacted me to tell me there was an area up under the rim of one of the toilets that I missed. I am human and do sometimes make mistakes. I immediately drove the 20 miles back to her apartment; no questions asked and corrected it. I then asked her to let me know if there was anything else she would like me to do, that I would be happy to do anything she asked. She accused me of not cleaning the bathrooms at all, that I simply sprayed some cleaner and to make it smell nice. I take great pride in my work, I care about my clients, and I have cleaned for many people who can attest to that. If I make a mistake (and I have), I immediately try to go back and make it right, as I did with this customer. I can honestly say I did everything in my power to please her. I appreciate your feedback and I am truly sorry that you were disappointed. I wish you blessings in the future. Thanks, Charity
