- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are always reasonable. We do our best to offer very competitive rates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As we start discussions, I will ask several questions to understand your needs and I can come to your location for a detailed assessment, or if there's enough details available you may be provided with a quote over text. I can usually fit a new customer anywhere from 1 day - a week, then schedule them for regular maintenance visits as required.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with all types of residential customers for anything from landscaping, to mulching, even power washing.
