- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is simple flat rate per window. After getting more details about your property we can provide a no-obligation quote. Shouldn't take more than a few minutes! Although not required, most of our clients choose our annual plans that have great savings and take annual maintenance off your plate. We offer bi-annual, quarterly, and monthly service plans.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we get the green light, we will schedule a day and time that fits into your schedule. We arrive at the scheduled time as much as possible, as we know this is important for schedules! After arrival, we typically walk the property with you to go over the detailed process and address any concerns you may have. We will confirm the service details and our technicians will get started. We want our clients to feel very comfortable about our services, our technicians, and be thrilled with the outcome. We ensure we are exceeding expectations with professional service and clear communication. If we are doing services in your property, the technicians remove shoes to keep your home free from unnecessary dirt and debris. Clients can expect real time text notifications to confirm appointments and technician tracking to know when they are arriving.
