Eric Lovelady recently resolved a toilet flushing issue and installed a new water heater at my residence and he was fantastic. His work was very professional and he completed the jobs in a very reasonable amount of time. Eric explained every step of the process so that I could learn and understand what went into the repair and installation. I would recommend Eric to help anyone with any plumbing needs.

Eric Lovelady is the best plumber! Very knowledgeable and friendly. He smiled the entire time! I could tell he really enjoys his job. He explained what was going with my kitchen faucet and answered all questions in a timely manner. At the end of his visit, I felt as if he was a family member. 5 stars are not enough to rate the service I received from Eric Lovelady and Ben Franklin!
