I'm Daniel Dent, the founder of Biofitcoaching. I started my business back in 2015 as a independent personal trainer. In 2018 I ran my 24/hr Fitness center Dentbiofit and Wellness. I later ran into some hard times with keeping my business up and running during the pandemic of 2020. Like most businesses, I shifted gears and created online services. This approach allowed me to reach people where they are at and also become more creative on the services I offer. Then I was only certified as a Personal Trainer. Now I'm an Integrative health practitioner that use functional medicine lab testing to help my clients get to the root cause of their conditions. Also I'm a certified nutrition coach, which allows me to create nutritional protocols and guidance from the madness of nutritional recommendations everywhere. Why should you hire me?
