I'm so impressed with the work done and professionalism of Juan Sanchez Construction. He built a platform and 3 steps with a railing out my back door and it's so well-done. Sanchez came and started my job. He wanted to prime after sanding. He was made aware that before priming after sanding the surface needed to be cleaned to remove dust particle. He washed and wanted to paint but advised it needed to dry first later it started to rain and I told him the forecast has rain. Now, It has been raining for the last 3-4 days everyday, allday. I reached out to him to see if he would be continuing the he has never respond to any of my messages . It show he is online but not answering.
