Mighty Muscle came to my home and did a deep cleaning they also organize my kitchen pantry. I CANT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THE KITCHEN RESET THAT WAS DONE. THEY CLEANED EVERYTHING. It had been along time since we had deep clean done. They were very detailed in the cleaning including windows,blinds,baseboards and ceiling fans. WE SIGNED UP FOR THEIR RECURRING SERVICES.

I didn’t check the house before paying and thanking the cleaners, but after they left I found a ton of cob webs, half cleaned blinds, floors in a whole room untouched, ceiling fans not dusted, etc. All of which I was told they would take care of. I paid for a “Deep Clean” and got what I have gotten previously from a site that advertised cleanings for $19.99.

After your review, we attempted to reach out regarding your concerns, but did not receive a response. We also want to acknowledge that during the final portion of the service, the power was out for over an hour, which impacted our ability to complete certain tasks under normal working conditions. Additionally, three individuals and four dogs were present in the home during the final hour, and the dogs were actively jumping on our employees as they attempted to finish the service.
That said, we never want a customer to feel dissatisfied. If we had known during the service that we were not meeting your expectations, we absolutely would have performed a callback or follow-up visit to address the concerns immediately. Customer satisfaction is very important to us.
As a gesture of goodwill, we would like to offer you a 25% discount on a future service so we can have the opportunity to provide you with a better experience.
Thank you again for the feedback, and we truly appreciate the opportunity to improve.

I would strongly caution anyone considering hiring Mighty Muscle Company, especially for painting or contracting services.
I hired Kathy, the owner of Mighty Muscle Company, to complete a painting project at my rental property. Kathy specifically assured me that she was a contractor and that Mighty Muscle was not just a cleaning company. Based on those assurances, I trusted her to handle the job professionally and complete the work as promised.
Unfortunately, that trust was misplaced.
Kathy started the painting job and never returned to finish it. I made multiple phone calls and sent several text messages trying to get an update and have the work completed. After repeated attempts to reach her, she finally responded and promised she would return on Monday to finish the job.
Monday came, and Kathy never showed up. Since then, there has been absolutely no communication. No phone call, no text message, no explanation, and no effort to reschedule or finish the work.
As a property owner managing renovations, this is incredibly frustrating. I hired someone who represented herself as a professional contractor, only to be left with an unfinished project and the responsibility of finding someone else to complete the work.
What bothers me most is the complete lack of accountability. If you cannot finish a job, communicate that to your customer. Ignoring phone calls and text messages after making a commitment to return is unacceptable business practice.
A business owner's word should mean something. When you promise a customer that you'll complete a job, you should honor that commitment or, at the very least, communicate honestly about why you cannot.
Based on my personal experience, Mighty Muscle Company has demonstrated a serious lack of reliability, professionalism, communication, and follow-through.
I would never hire Kathy or Mighty Muscle Company again, and I cannot recommend them to anyone looking for dependable painting or contracting services.
Customers deserve better than unfinished work, broken promises, and unanswered messages.
One star is more than this experience deserves.
