We also want to acknowledge that during the final portion of the service, the power was out for over an hour, which impacted our ability to complete certain tasks under normal working conditions. Additionally, three individuals and four dogs were present in the home during the final hour, and the dogs were actively jumping on our employees as they attempted to finish the service. That said, we never want a customer to feel dissatisfied. If we had known during the service that we were not meeting your expectations, we absolutely would have performed a callback or follow-up visit to address the concerns immediately.
