We give clients walk through for prices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We enjoy meeting our clients and building lasting relationships. During walk-throughs, we like to give small gifts as a token of appreciation. We also invite our clients to follow us on social media to stay updated on promotions and special offers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
During our training process, we provide each new cleaner with a training video, accompany them on their first job, and then perform a quality check after their first solo cleaning.
