FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Make sure insurance is provided and do your research. When it comes to painting the lowest price isn’t typically the best outcome unless there’s budgets to adhere too. As they say you get what you pay for and our paint crews are highly qualified with over 15 years experience .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we come out to introduce ourselves and to provide an estimate onsite. Once we come to an agreement we will get a calendar date ready for the start of the new job. Client will typically give us color choices within 5 days from start of the job. We will do an initial walk through at the begining of the job with the client, paint crew and the production manager. We clean up each day after we finish up the day and then on the final day of the project we will do a final walk through with the client prior to leaving the job site. We don't collect a final invoice until client signs off on the job during the walk through.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our paint crews here at 360 Painting have been working with us for the last 2-4 years. Each crew I know well, very professional, reliable and each paint crew are HIGHLY skilled at their craft with over 15 years of experience. 360 Painting believes in the quality of a paint job and communication over anything. Painting is a craft and getting a "quality" paint job and paying a little more than just going with the lowest priced quote can ultimately pay off dividends and cost you less in the long run. As they say you get what you pay for.
