- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on each individual job and what the customer needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you decide to have us come out, we will schedule a convenient time to stop by. The estimate usually takes between 30 minutes to an hour and we will leave you with a written copy of your proposal. You are under no pressure to make a decision on the spot. If you do decide to move forward just contact Martha and she will get you on the schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Preston has extensive training on giving the best estimate possible. Martha has 20 years of customer service training and our crews have been painting for years.
