Our house was in desperate need of upgrading. We needed the entire inside of the house repainted. Once we selected the colors we were able to begin the paint project within just a couple of days. The painter was very professional and careful. His skills were the best I'd ever seen. We were extremely happy with our freshly painted ceilings and walls. Merchant Development Incorporated next put down new tile floors in our kitchen, office, and washroom. They also installed beautiful wooden steps with the pecan wood stain. They Final Phase of our house makeover project was the carpeting. The carpet was laid in an efficient way and the installers stayed on task. We are totally satisfied with the quality of work and service provided by the MD,Inc. I would recommend this company to my family and friends

Project: Chain Link Fence
Mr. Merchant and his employee were both very courteous and I am quite happy with my fence. He even removed the little dog from the top of my smashed gate and re-installed it on the new gate - very thoughtful. I will definitely use them again
