Malcolm knew exactly what he was doing. He knows how to fix a garage door and even explained it to me. He repaired my garage door and did not try to sell me a more expensive repair. He also gave me his card and an estimate of what might need to be done if I have trouble again soon. So glad that he was the one who came and fix my garage door today.

Malcolm is hands down the BEST pro that I have ever worked with on Thumbtack. He arrived on time (actually ahead of time) and repaired my garage door spring while educating me on how to maintain the door to maximize the lifetime of the door. Malcolm has the best communication skills, is very timely, and is just an overall PROFESSIONAL at his craft and I truly appreciated that about him. It was an absolute pleasure working with him and I hope this review leads to much more business coming his way because HE IS WORTH IT !!!

I saved his name as Malcolm the honest in my phone. He could have easily told me anything & I would have paid him unknowingly. This company has standards & care about what they do. My garage was badly built & out of code. Malcolm gave me an honest reason why he could not service my broken door as well as a reasonable quote if I would like my door installed properly. It's nice to know you can still trust some men when it comes to price estimates & repairs.
