I hit our garage, that caused a small dent in one panel but the door still closed afterward. Once we let the door up and tried to close it again, our door went off track and would not close. Malcom with AL Garage Door made a prompt service call and got our door down along with determining the issue. He was professional and provided detailed information to help us understand the issues.
